Star Hotel

Dennis E. Zirbel, Architect designed the conversion of one of Truckee's oldest structures into a mixed-use development while maintaining the historic flavor of the building. Originally built by George Schaffer as an Employee Housing structure for his Mill, the design for the professional building focused on converting the exteriors back to its original vernacular.
