Sierra Business Council

Project includes the rehabilitation of an existing 1930's structure with appropriate additions along with a detached historically compatible office structure. Both buildings shall share an upper drive and parking area, which is screened from Donner Pass Road, maintaining the historical integrity of the streetscape.
