3,280 square foot multi-use facility for Northstar Swim & Racquet Club. Building includes club’s formal entry, facility checkpoint, administration offices, youth arcade and covered deck. This building is an important link to an existing recreation center. Project also includes a new tennis pro shop and an entry gatehouse / shuttle stop.
