Christy Hill Master Plan

Dennis E. Zirbel, Architect developed a site plan and perspective elevations for the re-creation of a historic Mountain Village. The Village concept was developed to bring locals and tourists back to this historic development located at the old Bear Pin in Squaw Valley. Mixed-use development created social interaction while taking advantage of an existing creek, sun and views of the original 1960 Olympic Ski Mountain.
